Waitin' for the fries

Today we tried the "Five Guys" burger joint that opened up here not too long ago. We picked a pretty busy time to go, so we ended up waiting a while for the food. Catie, ever the patient one, just settled in to bide the time 'til "ding" the fries were done.

By the way, the burgers and fries were very good. Not quite as good as In-and-Out, Keri and I agreed, but very good. Actually Keri said she liked the "Five Guys" fries better. The burgers were fresh tasting, with a hand-made quality that is entirely missing from other burger-in-a-box places. The last two bites of my bacon cheeseburger approached nirvana.

Hi Clark,
Thanks for the review. One of those restaurants just opened up here and I was wondering if it was worth the time. How come you didn't tell us whether Cate liked her food?

I've seen the burger joint but I haven't ventured in yet. I'll give it a try sometime soon.

BTW, Great job on your talk today.

Do give it a try Clint. In fact, let's go together.

Pat, she nibbled at her hot dog, and ate a handful of fries. In other words, she wasn't as smitten by the place as we were. She's developing her own ideas of what she likes and doesn't.
