The Rotary Club holds a fund-raising event every year that the cleverly call "Death by Chocolate." Basically, you pay $15 a head to go make yourself sick eating way too many cookies, cupcakes, candies, and other chocoloate concoctions. The Culinary Arts folks at CSI entered this little goodie. It's pictured here from the Desert Cafe which is the on-campus eatery NOT run by Aramark. The food is always fresh, delicious, tantilizing, and tasteful. Note the marzipan bee with almond sliver wings. The whole thing was WAY good.
