My usual disclaimer applies: I made this for my own use, but I'm happy to share it with those who are interested in trying it out. I post it for download without any warranty or guarantee. Use it "as is."
I've made every effort to format the file in a useful, accessible way, but I'm sure there are still errors. If you have questions or problems, don't hesitate to post them in the comments section, but I don't promise I'll be able to help. This isn't my "day job." :-)
Here's to happy conference reading. I hope you grow spiritually and find peace and comfort in the words of living prophets.
Just for fun (and only if you want to), please post a comment about where you are downloading the file(s) from.
*As I posted yesterday, this file is primarily for e-ink Kindle users. It'll work just fine on the Kindle Fire (I have both, spoiled geek that I am), but for Fire users the text of the conference is available in the Kindle Fire Gospel Library app.

Thank you! I was unable to download general conference to my kindle until I found your blog last October 2011. Thanks for converting the April 2012 general conference as well. I'm very grateful to have the most recent conference easily accessible on my kindle. Thanks so much for taking the time to do this for us! -Mindy
Thanks so much! It's great to have this so soon after conference. - Stephen in AZ

Clark,
This is so great!
Except I don't have any idea how to actually get it onto my Kindle (technologically impaired). Can you give me a step-by-step? Thanks!
For payback, if you ever need help with a Gospel Doctrine lesson, please feel free to use mine.

Hi Nancy,
To get the document on your Kindle, send the azw file as an attachment to your Kindle's email address.
You will find your Kindle's email address on the Amazon site by going to "Your Account > Manage your Kindle > Manage your devices." Look for the "Send-to-Kindle E-mail address" column.
Simply address an email to that address and add the azw file as an attachment.
Then, make sure your Kindle's wireless is on and the document will show up on your device shortly.
Hope this helps. Drop me another line if I can clarify anything.
Hope you enjoy the conference on Kindle.
Cordially,
Clark
You can also transfer the azw file to your Kindle by way of the USB cable. Put the file in your "Documents" folder.
Amazon has some detailed instructions on their site:

Drop me a line if any part of this doesn't make sense.

The e-mail way worked great! Super-easy (which is what I need)! Thanks. Would you mind if I put a link to this post in my Gospel Doctrine blog?
I'm delighted it worked well. Easy is good! :-)
Link away.
Thanks,
Clark
